What to Expect

Join us in person for a skills based, supportive workshop focused on helping couples reconnect after conflict. You’ll be guided through the Gottman Method’s Aftermath of a Fight exercise—designed to process arguments safely, take responsibility, and rebuild trust.

This 2-hour session is skills-based, using case examples and simple, structured tools so you and your partner can walk away with clear, usable strategies.
