A live online workshop to support reconnection after conflict
📅 Date: Wednesday 24 July
🕓 Time: 5:00–6:30 PM AEST
💻 Location: Online (live webinar)
About the Workshop
Every couple argues. But what happens after the fight makes all the difference.
In this 90-minute skills-based webinar, you’ll be introduced to the Gottman Method’s “Aftermath of a Fight” exercise; a structured tool that helps couples process conflict without reigniting it. Designed to promote emotional safety, this approach walks through identifying triggers, taking responsibility, and making space for both partners to feel heard. Rather than working through personal issues in the group, you’ll practise using a guided case study so you can confidently apply the steps at home. This is a supportive and educational space for learning how to turn conflict into a chance for deeper connection.
